We're part of your broken body,

The last crumb left after thousands fed;

The tiny fragment which will feed the smallest child

Who others will ignore, but we can see.

We're just a particle, but part of who you are.

 

We will bring life - the resurrection kind

That heals, renews, restores, transforms.

The blood flows strongly from open wounds,

And our own brokenness is covered over

By yours.
