Eroding rock-face
Echoing upheavals elsewhere
As the world waits warily
Anticipating seismic shifts,
Preparing to face what comes,
So, looking for strength to endure,
And finding again the power of love
As the basis for a life of action
In solidarity with the powerless,
Fighting for justice and truth
While deep calls to the depths within
As another wave offers its strength.
